Voicemail to email not working

We currently have 3 locations two production locations both connected by a point-to-point connection to our data center. Site 1 is able to recieve the email's from voicemail - both sites are using the UCS560-T1E1-K9. Site 1 which is able to recieve the emails has its UC located at the data center. Site 2 has its UC located locally. Any ideas on where the issue could be? Let me know any additional information that would be useful to determine the issue.
