voiceview express,extension mobility

hi all,

i have configured the extension mobility and voiceview express on cisco uc 560.but when i press the service button on the ip phone,it shows 404 not found.

what would be the reason for it?.

• Make sure configurations are fine.Refer

• Make sure phones are running latest firmware.
  
• Try to access phone by http://phone-ip and make sure phone is having correct service url and authentication url.
  

Reboot the phones and give a try.

Hi

What are you pointing the authentication server to? It should be CME and not CUE.

   url authentication  http://cme ip/CCMCIP/authenticate.asp

SECRETPASSWORD

   authentication credentials SECRETNAME SECRETPASSWORD
