VPIM's AvexchangeIVC mailbox disappeared

VPIM between Unity and 3rd party VM. It has been working for a while. But recently it didn't work any more. I found AvexchangeIVC mailbox disppeared from the exchange. Not sure removed by customer when they do clean up the mailboxes. Can I recreate the mailbox or I have to re-run the voice connector to generate it? Thanks

Hi,

The AvExchangeIVC_ mailbox is created when the voice connector is installed.

If this does not rectify your problem, I'd suggest you open a TAC Service Request.
