I am working on a new installation of Cisco Presence 8.6 with CallManager 8.5 and Cisco Personal Communicator 8.5.5. So far everything is working for IM and phone calls but I want to be able to do web meetings as well. However, when I right click on a users in Personal Communicator, the Start meeting line is greyed out.
I figure that I have to enable something some place in Presence but I can not find anything about it or anyplace that it is. Can someone help? Perhaps I need to setup the Webex server or something else, I just can't seem to find answers.
Thanks
Gene

Gene,
Do you currently have a Meeting Place server in production?
We just implemented Meeting Place 8.5 with Webex.
Configured in CUPS - Application - Jabber - Confrencing Server and Profile.
In CUPC or Jabber you will configure your meeting ID and Password or have CUPS enter for you.
I ran into some issues while configuring and found this post, it turned out to be the hidden gem.

Then as I get it I will need to also have a MeetingPlace server and/or a WEBEX server in my system to be able to do a Web Meeting or WEBEX (share desktop) us9ing Personal Communicator and Presence?

No, I don't have a MeetingPlace server currently in the mix. I guess I will have to look into getting one setup. I do appreciate the link to the other post and that was really helpful.
Thanks
