WebEx 'Call me' option doesn't throws calls to softphone but Deskphone

Can someone provide me a fix on this issue ?

In Webex meeting, 'call me' function triggers call only to the Deskphone but not to the softphone. This problem occurs only while connected by VPN.

Note:  User having a compatible VPN client.

          The CUCM configuration of the softphone and it's association with Deskphone are fine.

Any help is appreciated. Please let me know for more details.

I'm having a similar issue...

I'm having a similar issue....

CUCM 10.5.2

When using the "Call me" function in WebEx my users are reporting that Jabber can be called but the 7945 at their desk can't.  Jabber of course is SIP and 7945 is SCCP, is there a config that allows for this weirdness...?

It should be noted that WebEx is a hosted solution by InterCall, I don't have WebEx on prem.
