Webex connect 7.7.1 - Already installed

Hi all

We have a client who uses WebEx Connect 7.7.1 as part of their corporate systems.

A user managed to make a mess of his windows install which we have mostly recovered. However when we try to install the WebEx Connect client it insists that it is already installed.

I have tried installing and uninstalling the latest version but that has made no difference.

Does anyone have any ideas where it could be looking to find the existing install? Registry should have nothing in it and I have tried removing Webex folders where I can find them.

Webex connect 7.7.1 - Already installed

Eventually traced it to a .tag file in the user's appdata area. When deleted Webex no longer detected as being already installed.
