CTI OS can login a new station "1311308". When our application calls "SnapshotDeviceReqMSG()", we get the following exception "CF_INVALID_CSTA_DEVICE_IDENTIFIER (12)". Does anyone know what API CTI OS use to login a station?

After we restart our application, we can register this station. Here is one sample log of connecting to UCCE and registering a station. Does any know why our application needs to restart after adding a new station while CTI OS don't need to restart? Why it gives above exception if we don't restart our application?
