What is the sequence CallManager uses to route a call (translation patterm, CTI route point, DN ...)

There is no sequence on which

There is no sequence on which they're looked at, they're all in the same "bucket" no sorting whatsoever, the dialing algorithm is best match routing, wherever the DN or pattern may be configured.

I suggest you to read the SRND dial plan chapter for further information.

Translation patterns are

Translation patterns are matched first (and the translated number is then itself checked for translation patterns, etc.)

 

Then, as Jamie says, the best match wins. Best, in this case, means most explicit. So if you have a route pattern of 12XXXX and a DN of 123456 a call to 123456 will go to the DN, but 123455 will match the route pattern.
