Hi, this is caused because the storage limits set for these mailboxes, go to AD users and computers and locate the user or the domino person, (if domino integrated), and check what is the storage limits, (exchange general tab -- storage limits), if the user has reached this limit this is the problem, if not you might want to check what the doh tool has to say about this, open the tools depot, go to diagnostic tools, open the dohproptest when it prompts you for the password just click on 'ok' then click on 'ignore' this will open the tool, then on the first column on the left click on 'mailusers' then on the column on the middle locate the affected user, then click on the 'get user's mailbox' button that is below the 3rd column, check the 'limits' area, you are interested on the 'warning' field, if this is not correct then do a full resyc with the DC and GC (you can use the DCGC reconnect setting tool if this is unity 4.0.4 or later, use the 'force reconnect' button, if this is unity 4.0.3 or less use the dohproptest tool, click on the GC and AD or Domino monitor, and do a total resyc.

Excellent!

This resolved my issue. Exchange was using the deafault store size and warning. After I unchecked this in the users storage kimits, the warning went away.

Thanks
