When checking voice mails, Unified Messaging user gets email delivery recei

We are running Unified Messaging version 4.05. In the subscribers conversation, we have set to only give voice mail info when a user checks his or her mailbox. We have a lot of users that request received and read receipts on their normail emails. When they check their voicemail box they are verbally notified of their receipts. They only want to get info on actual voice mails. Is this something we can change?

In the Advanced Settings Tool (which you'll find in the tools depot on your desktop) there are some conversation settings which allow you to turn off read/delivery receipts in the voice mail stack - you will still get notification about NDR messages. In later versions of Unity (4.2(1)) you can turn off NDRs as well for Exchange based systems, however this is generally not a good idea.
