When people call from pstn or mobile to our ip phone they hear only one ring and after that it goes to silent .

When people call from pstn or mobile to our ip phone they hear only one ring  and after that  it goes to silent . However, we can hear the rings in our ip phone that people are ringing us and we can take the calls. However, if we don't take the call 

fairly quickly the people in the pstn may think our system is dead. Can you please let me know what would be the problem?

 

For more information: We use attendant console, hunt pilot etc.

CUCM version / phone models involved

Type of gateway / trunk / running config of gateway

Exact call flow

Was it working fine earlier / any changes after which it broke?

A debug + ccm trace for a test call with call details.
