Unity Cisco Unity 4.0 Build 4.0(4) SR 1
I have an instance to report on all the Alternate Extensions of all subscribers of the system, and I am looking for the table/column that contains this information.
Thanks considerably,
Alex

Hi,
If you open the Data Link Explorer in the Tools Depot>Diagnostic tools, look in the DtmfAccessId table, DtmfAccessId column will list all of the extensions that are both primary and alternate. Alternate extensions will have the IsPrimaryId column UN-checked.
Hope this helps,
Brad

Hey the Subcriber Information Dump is probably a better tool for what you want.
It will dump what information you want into a csv file.
It is also in the Tools Depot/Administration Tools.
It is also in ciscounitytools.com if you want more information about the tool.
Hope this helps.

Hi Randy,
You are right that is a better tool, just saw this mail, don't know why the delay. I had to use a select statement to join both dtmfaccessid and subscriber to make sense of the report. Regards
