I would check the files on the server to see if they are good and not corrupt, etc. And check the ftp/tftp server. Try downloading the files from another PC and see if they look the same as the server.
You can also try copying the files to the router flash as a test to see if they come down fine (copy ftp: flash:, then more flash:filename to view it).
The errors in your log are saying the file has invalid file header, invalid digest, etc so the device isn't liking the file being downloaded for some reason or another.
These are the paths to get to each CCX logs through CLI. They may be helpful if you are having issues accessing RTMT or downloading logs through it.
