I have 8 Cisco 7960 IP Phones. Just the other day one of them stopped having incoming voice. When you place a call from the phone, you can not hear a ring tone, nor the person when they answer. The recipient of the phone call can hear you talking, you just can not hear them. Any ideas on how to fix this?
