Dear All,

why 1 interface on mds only can assign 1 vsan? (interface on mds connect to storage)

can anyone explain and share documentation?

Each interface is member of exactly one VSAN; and by default, all are in VSAN 1 ! One should never use VSAN 1 for production !!

What's the problem ? a interface can be a VSAN trunk e.g  supporting this VSAN's {10,20,30,40,50}; the port itself could however be in another VSAN ! e.g. 2 ! this of course means that the peer port also has to be in vsan 2 !
