B230-M1 BIOS error

Hi! We are running couple of blades with 2.0(1s)

While blade servers booting the boot process is interrupted by BIOS error message in the BIOS error manager tab:

8198 – Major - OS boot watchdog timer failure.

This message prevents server from continuing boot process.

This message appears on different blade servers in the chassis.

When we reboot blade sever after this message – it disappears, but returns after some number of blade server restarts.

Anyone knows what to do?

What is the time out value configured for OS Boot watch dog timer under BIOS > Server Management ?

It is set to 20 minutes.

Please open a TAC SR as we need to analyze the blade logs.

Uploading UCSM and chassis show tech log bundle would help here.
