C200 M1 - BIOS setting for powering on server after power fail

We've noticed that when removing power to the C200 M1s and then restoring power; the server doesn't automatically start. We've looked for a BIOS setting but can't seem to find it. Any pointers would be appreciated.

The BIOS from 1.1.1.d on CCO should have the option "Resume on AC Power Loss" under Server Management which will allow you to control the behavior.
