Not exactly. There is the "config-sync" mode that lets you setup switch profiles for the things you need to synchronize across a pair that have a VPC and share common things like interface configurations, spanning-tree, ACLs, etc.

I don't think you can either stack or do VSS on 2 x nexus 5Ks for management. You can do VPC with config-sync.
