Probably a silly question, but is there any way to modify the uplink pinning of sup-eth interface, or is there a document that provides further information on how this interface is pinned, and what the potential impact of pinning it to a disjoint layer 2 uplink may potentially have?
Example:

Specifically, in my case; I would like to create a new uplink port-channel and confirm that the port-channel is operational. Unfortunately, immediately upon configuring the port-channel, the dynamic pinning of the sup-eth2 interface changes from its current uplink to the new port-channel. I'm concerned over what impact this may have as the new port-channel is to a disjoint layer 2 network.
