dual adapters-full width blade

Hi, Cisco Gurus:

May I know the following from you all experts?

1. What is the best practice when a blade is a full width blade likes B440 with 2 adapters (M81KR)?

For vNIC and vHBA, how should I go around to create them, assuming I need 6 vNIC and 2 vHBA:

Adapter 1     Adapter 2           Comments (Cisco, please comment)

Fabric A

vNIC          vNIC-A1-1     vNIC-A2-1

                 vNIC-A1-2

vHBA         vHBA-A1-1    vHBA-A2-1      If I were to create 2 vHBA this way, only Fabric A is being used, am I right?.

Fabric B

vNIC          vNIC-B1-1     vNIC-B2-1

                 vNIC-B1-2

vHBA         vHBA-B1-1    vHBA-B2-1

Question:

To really load balance for vHBA, I should only use the following vHBA combination, am I right (Note the adjective only)?

vHBA-A1-1 & vHBA-B2-1

or

vHBA-A2-1 & vHBA-B1-1

2. What is the best practice when a blade is a full width blade likes B440 with ONLY 1 Adapter?

Will the best practice be the same as all other Cisco B-Blades with only 1 adapter?

Is there any particular adapter slot which should be used to insert the adapter?

Is there any other tips and tricks for a full width blade with just 1 adapter?

Thank for sharing your knowledge, Cisco.
