I'm getting the attached error message.
End point timed out. Check for IP, password, space or access or access related issues.
Please look at the attached file.

Looks like a user/pass problem. Can you try downloading from that same FTP server from another client such as filezilla to test the path and credentials?

Verified credentials, but still not working? Any ideas?

1. Is the FTP server on the same subnet as the UCS virtual IP? (Ruling out any firewalls etc).
2. Can you try using a TFTP or SCP server instead
3. Which version of UCSM are you currently on
Note: Ensure you delete any failed download task before re-attempting to download. This will clear any stale info and ensure a fresh attempt.
Another thing to try is to connect to the UCS CLI via SSH or Telnet, connect to the Management context with "connect local-m" and test ping to your FTP server IP.
