fiber ports not getting link lights

I cannot get any link lights on my fiber ports 

the ucs fabric interconnects are connected to brocade. I have already configured the ports on the fabric as FC ports.

I swapped out the cables modules and still no link lights

any idea?

- what type of transceiver ? FC, Speed, MMF, SMF

- UCS in FC NPV mode

- what type of transceiver cable MMF, SMF

post a show interface fc ...... and show interface ... transceiver....

Or most trivial: swap cable end receiver - transmitter

not sure what happened but I was able to disable and reeneable the fc port and the link lights came up
