HELP UCS 2.2(1b) Upgrade OUTAGE

Upgraded from 2.1(2b) and all was fine until ACTIVE FI rebooted, it appears to have never gone down as B is still subordinate, cannot force the cluster for  him to take lead and cannot access UCSM AT ALL and having data plane outages with servers down.  I never saw A drop after acknowledging and allowign the reboot.

   Having outage and cannnot get into FI, only into subordinate and it wont allow UCSM being subordinate and forcing lead wont work via CLI.
