Intel Corporation 82599EB 10-Gigabit "Receive missed errors"

I am seeing  "Receive missed errors"   when I try to send more than 1Gbps of traffic using Intel Corporation 82599EB 10-Gigabit  NIC  on UCS 220 M3 .

ESXi5.5 is installed on server with NIC driver mentioned below .  Is there any solution for this problem . It is impacting my customers performance testing.

~ # ethtool -i vmnic2
driver: ixgbe
version: 3.7.13.7.14iov-NAPI
firmware-version: 0x61b50001
bus-info: 0000:03:00.0

Where are you getting these

Where are you getting these error messages?

Do you already checked the cable and the peer connector?

Hi Richard,

Hi Richard,

I am seeing these error counters on ESXi5.5 Shell . Cable and peer connector is fine , I see this problem only when I send more that 1Gig of traffic this is intel 10G NIC so it should be able to handle at least close to 5G if not 10G . At the moment it is behaving like 1G.

thx
