IOM server uplinks - config

Hi All,

just received 2 x 6296 FI's with 2208 IOM's with 12 cables. I though that there was a "order" on the cable config from the IOM to the FI's ?  either 1,2,4,8 cables? is that correct or can I use 6 cables from each IOM?

We currently have 4 blades & will be looking to fully populate at some point.
