Hi there,

Running a Cisco UCS C-200, I noticed the cache size reports as 349 MB but I was under the impression that it should be 512 MB

This normal?

Hi,

The number displayed in the CIMC is for the cache lines rather than the overall cache size.  If you SSH into the CIMC and run the following commands look for memory size and it should say 512mb for the 9260-4i.

ucs-c200-m2 /chassis # show storageadapter

PCI Slot Info Valid Product Name                       Serial Number  Firmware Package Build             Product ID     Battery Status Cache Memory Size

ucs-c200-m2 /chassis # scope storageadapter SLOT-7
