I created a service profile with one vNIC associated with Global Network default (VLAN id 1). The Static IP address setting on the installed OS on the blade server vusing this service peorfile does not ping the external interface( and cannot be pinged from outside either). What should I check to make it work?
This interface was working fine with FI 6120 but is not working after replacing it with FI 6248.

Hi Yogesh,
Please check:
Is vethernet & uplink interface up?
Is the mac address (vNIC) being learnt on the FI and upstream switches?
If so, which Vlan?
Can it reach other devices in the same L2?
Can it reach its default gateway?
You can gather that info by running:
UCS-A# show service-profile circuit server x/y
UCS-A(nxos)# show interface brief
UCS-A(nxos)# show run interface vethernet
UCS-A(nxos)# show mac-address-table address
UCS-A(nxos)# show pinning border-interfaces
UCS-A(nxos)# show fex

Here is answer :
Is vethernet & uplink interface up? : YES
Is the mac address (vNIC) being learnt on the FI and upstream switches? YES
If so, which Vlan? default Global VLAN ID 1
Can it reach other devices in the same L2? Yes
Can it reach its default gateway? NO
The 1Gbit network interface to everything else is up. It is the vNC ethernet interface thyat is showing up as 20Gbps on the Windows 2008 R2

No sure, If this has been done
Test:
Create an SVI for Vlan 1 and ping from the upstream switch.
