No call home email from complete uplink failure?

Why does UCS not send call home alert emails if all LAN or SAN uplinks fail to a fabric interconnect?

Today while testing multipathing and network redundancy, we disconnected all LAN and SAN uplinks from a fabric interconnect in a HA cluster.  60-some major faults appeared in UCS manager, but no emails were sent even though the full_txt profile was set to severity level Normal.

System inventory emails work fine so the SMTP configuration and recipients are correct.

Call home alert for this failure scenario was not available in 1.4 or 2.0.1 version.

It is available in 2.0.2m version.
