Can you provide a screenshot of what you see?

What adapter do you have installed?

What is the firmware installed on this blade?

this is the UCS-VIC-M82-8P card, UCS B200M2

firmware is 2.1(1a)

another blade same specs is working fine. service profile is identical.

esxcfg-nics -l is showing nothing on the host

What are the CIMC, adapter and bios versions for this blade?

this is what i see on the blade

Tony,

I would've suspect of this bug

http://tools.cisco.com/Support/BugToolKit/search/getBugDetails.do?method=fetchBugDetails&bugId=CSCue66095, but you said the host does not see the nic either.

Is there any dynamic vnic policy applied to the service profile?
