hi... i just want to know if it's possible to have just 1 TB of HDD with RAID on it... so it's just one physical harddisk that is 1 TB...
i've read that you have to have multiple HDDs for RAID...
i appreciate all the help! ^^

Yes, RAID requires multiple disks.
