rebooting FI

I need to upgrade my FIs and I am thinking of  rebooting one of the FIs and see if I lose any pings or cocnnectivity to my vms. The service profiles are all mapps to both FIs. Would it be ok to reboot one FI and see if I lose any conectivity?  Is it possible to move all the VMs from one FI to another manually?

-Upgrade the FI: if you can, use "Infrasturcture auto install"

-reboot FI: I would not do that; just check your ESXi if multipathing / teaming is ok, meaning you see path a and b. Then disable all the uplinks from e.g. FI-b, which will automatically bring down all the vhba's / vnic's attached to fabric b.
