Hi, i am not sure if i am in the right forum, but here is the situation. i have a cisco unity communicator verizon 8.5.1. i have a few people who have two extensions, one is a private number and the other one is posted to the general organization. when someone from the outside calles in and gets the automation, they enter the extension that is posted but unity is transferring the call to the private number. we have not changed anything. any suggestions? they do have two voice mail boxes.
