UCS c220 M3S after replace Raid Controller and battery, there is beeping sound : 1 sec on and 3 sec off

Dear all,

I am now running on UCS c220 M3S running BiOS 1.5.1g and CIMC firmware 1.5.1b.

There is a LSI MegaRaid 9266-8i (Firmware 23.9.0-0023) controller

After replace Raid Controller and battery, there is beeping sound : 1 sec on and 3 sec off without any error.

How do I solve this problem?

May I ask you some question?

After you replace the raid controller, would you need to reconfigure the Raid Configuration?

Would you facing any Data Lost? eg. the VM lost?

You are not supposed to lose any data and you dont need to reconfigure anything... metadata will rebuild anything that needs to be rebuild unless you lost more HDDs than your RAID config can tolerate, like a RAID 5 losing more than 1 disk.
