Hi,
we have a new UCS C220 Server for a BE6000 installation (BE6K-ST-BDL-K9=) that seem to have a problem with the raid controller.
I've attached a screenshoot of the problem, any idea?
Regards,
Christian

Hi Cbrasolin,
what raid adapter model do you have installed?
Do you see the raid controller on the cimc under the storage tab?
If you get into the BIOS by pressing F2 when the server is booting up and you go to the advance menu and select the option that starts with LOM PCIe, do you see the adapter there ( provide a screenshot)?
Have you tried to reseat the adapter? If you haven't done it try by powering down by removing the power cables. Keep the adatper out for a couple minuetes.

Hi manvelas,
the card is UC-RAID-9271 and it is not show under the storage tab. I'm not sure about the bios and at the moment i can't check since i don't have access to the server.
I opened a TAC case and i'm waiting for a webex session with the Cisco Engineer, before to try the reset i wait the support to do a check.
i'll let you know
Thanks and regards,
Christian

Hey Christian,
Was TAC able to provide a solution for this issue?
Thanks

Hi,
after a long check TAC decided to RMA the server.
