The explanation given by Abhinav is totally correct, there is no issue as long as each IOM goes to only one FI. The only recommendation is that you keep that consistent in the DC, otherwise, if you have more FIs, troubleshooting will be a real pain when you have to determine who through what.
Thanks a lot. After tried it in our lab, it seems everything gone ok while used Cabling B. The PWWN of vHBA active on FI-A was found on FI-A, and vice versa PWWN of vHBA acitve on FI-B was also found on FI-B.
