Users not able to SSH to UCS Manager

I have LDAP users who are not able to ssh into the UCS Manager even though they can log in through the GUI.  But locally defined users are able to get in via the GUI and via ssh.

Should users who authenticate to UCS Manager via LDAP be able to connect via SSH as well?

Thank you.

Hello Bruce,

Are you prepending "  ucs-  " to domain name ?

For example to access via SSH,

## From Linux terminal,

ssh ucs-\\@

ssh -l ucs-\\

## From putty client

Login as: ucs-\

And the domain name is case sensitive.
