Virtual port channel between two sets of Nexus 5010s

Pardon the picture, I don't always have access to visio. We have a home office and DR site connected via two 10Gb links. Those are port channeled on VSS pairs on each side. We are trying to connect fibre channel - or FCoE - between the two sites, which is currently handled by a CWDM which is/has expiring(ed). The predicate to this question is that I have been led to understand that the 6509E will not pass FCoE. Can I set up a VPC from one pair of Nexus 5K to a VPC on the remote pair, as shown in the pic? Top part of pic is current, bottom is planned; red exists, blue is planned.

Hi Russell

Not regarding to your FCoE topology:

topology described on your scheme is supported - each pair of nexuses can be combined into VPC domains and then connected with eachother with virtual portchannels. From VPC cluster perspective VSS domains will be also connected via virtual port-channles.
