Hi all,
I have a question about this card, Intel XL710-QDA2 (UCSC-PCIE-I404NIC) and connecting to an Arista switch.
Are these cards compatible? There is not much out on these, I found a document stating it was a supported adapter but its missing from the spec sheet?

edit: founds this UCSC-PCIE-ID40GF, still wondering if you can use the generic intel card or if cisco adds special firmware to their PID. I cant get this card to show up in the CIMC inventory.

I’m not sure what to make of this…
I have one card that is not loading the “option rom” and still will not show up. Maybe a bad card.
The other two cards aren’t actually the same thing from what I can see. One is a XL710-Q2 and the other is a XL710-Q1
XL710QDA2G1P5- XL710-Q1 - 1 interface, one mac address
XL710QDA2BLK - XL710-Q2 - 2 interfaces, two mac addresses
XL710QDA2G1P5 - option rom not loading
