Yes. I did try that URL, it took me to the bug description page, but enhancement track URL appears as same tomcat error. Thanks, Eric

Thanks Jitender, Yes, there are some defects on ISR 4000 series, quite annoyed. But my problem is ISR4351 is not shown on the gateway dropdown list once you click add new gateway on callmanager 10.0. I know I could upgrade the whole platform to 10.5...
