L2 Etherchannel between 6513 and Nortel 450 24T L2 Switch

I need to create an L2 ethrchannel between my 6513's and a stack on Nortel 450 24T Layer 2 switches as part of my migration to an ALL Cisco solution. I've tried but cannot get the port-channel to come active, I would hope someone has done this before...

CWW2000 and TACACS+ (Cisco Secure ACS)

Just received 5th edition of Cisco Works for Windows bundle. Do I need to acquire TACACS+ server software (i.e. Cisco Secure ACS) to validate user login and set user privilege levels on my Cisco router and switches.Tks in advance.Kev
