Autoconfiguration Problems SupEngV 4506

I cannot get past the autoconfig to manually setup my new 4506. The 'setup' command does not exist and I cannot assign an IP address to an interface. Chapter 3 "Config the Switch for the First Time" is of no use.

I am trying the configure the switch for initial installation. I inserted the SupEng, blades, and powersupplies and now need to set it up for use.
