I have a SPA504G that will not power up. All of the buttons are lit & will not go off. Help!!!!There is no factory reset allowed only the speaker, headphone & mic buttons will not go off.This happens on POE or external power.

How do I manage the voicemail playback order on a UC540?I would like them to play the most recent first and the oldest last.Currently it plays the oldest first by default.

This is not a new phone.Was working, but quit.Tried power brick & poe.Same result.
