Same error in about the same amount of time exhibiting the same memory consumption but I am running it on Windows 8.1 Enterprise.

Ok I do see that the interims are higher versions and 4 does cover the issue. I have finished the downgrade and as of yet I do not "need" the new features. Thank you for pointing that out. Perhaps it will help someone else.
