Cisco VPN client gets disconnected after 10-15 minutes

I have a customer that is using a Microsoft MN700 router at home. She gets disconnected while using her VPN client (4.6) for about 10 - 15 minutes. Without the router she stays on just fine. She has used IPSec, UDP and TCP with the same result. D...
