You should be sure that the 7940/7960 are getting an IP address from the DHCP server (I think they never get one), you can go to your DHCP Server to see the IP assigned to the terminals and try a Ping to them.

Yes, it is possible, but you need H.323 protocol on your ATA because this protocol has the intelligence to do point to point conections MGCP not. Also you need to review about Dial Plan on ATA to do it.

I tried it and the BIOS was erased, the server lost all the information as the date, hour, etc. but whe I tried againg the error 49 appeared again and next time the ntoskrnl.exe error.
