I assume you mean how many power cords are connected to PS2. Only 1 - both ps1 and ps2 have a single 110v power cord input.

Yes - I swapped the power cord from 1 to 2. Same issue.

Yes - the power supply in slot 1 was one of the known good supplies. Same issue.
