I have an Polycom analog conference room phone connected to an FXS port on a 3725 router. Is there a way to initiate a Meet-Me conference call from this phone by doing a hookflash or some other dialing sequence?

I have a 2955 switch that will run for a few days and then the 13 and 14 led's will fast blink amber and the A and B led's will fast blink green. If you power it off and back on a few times it finally comes back up. Any thoughts?
