yes, but on version 7.1, and not 7.0. You'll have to add the subscriber ip address on the publisher using gui before you complete the install of the subscriber for forming a cluster, since it checks for that reference during the install for a successful completion, otherwise throws an error. hope this helps Thanks

Ok Edwin, I'm sure there are several ways of achiving this, I would give this a try, I haven't tested it but am sure it's going to work. Here is what I'd do: ***I'll keep the 1002 dial-peer as is for 1-7 without a change******* dial-peer voice 1002 pots corlist outgoing localcalls description "Local Calls" preference 1 destination-pattern 9[1-7]...... port 0/0/2 forward-digits 7 Plus, I'll add the following dial-peer for 8. dial-peer voice 1004 pots corlist outgoing localcalls description "Local Calls" preference 1 destination-pattern 9[8][^0][^0].... port 0/0/2 forward-digits 7 ***also leave the tollfree dial-peer as is without a change***** If this helps, please rate this post. cheers! Actually it's not 100% correct, In fact Unity Connection looks at the day, hence trigger occurs at 12:00am when the date changes. Therefore it doesn't count from the time the policy change is made/saved. These results I've found out from the test. Hope this helps. Thanks, TG

Publisher used to pull subscriber server information from "Cisco Unified Serviceability" page Tools>Control Center - Feature Services, which has stopped, throwing an error "Connection to the Server cannot be established(Unknown Error)". Sub is doing the same thing when pulling Pub's server. Also unable to access own's server "service management" status from Tools under UC Serviceability page. Both servers are able to ping each other ok though. Wonder if someone has any ideas to address this issue? Thanks for your help.

It really depends on what kind of gateway do you have? h.323 or mgcp ? This seems more of a translation issue, and could be the css issue. First of, if your pilot does not have any partition, then you should be fine for the css related problem. Note: I had to edit my response, as you've already stated for other extensions it rings them ok except the pilot. This shows that the pilot has a partition, which is not included in the gateway's css, so you can try adding it and test again. If you'd like more details, you'll have to give us more details and specifics first. hope this helps. please rate helpful posts, cheers.

If you create local users via the SA or BAT or any other process or tool you CANNOT then make them LDAP integrated later I keep seeing this. I've attempted to upgrade a local user to an ldap integrated user without any problem - not sure what does the above line refer to?

If you have a cluster, it shouldn't fail on one and work on the other. You may want to create another user through secondary server with admin role, and try logging in with that username and see it works? if it does, you may want to set the password on admin account and see if that would help reset it. Just a thought for trying it out. Also make sure your replication is working fine, the above activity of account creation will help identifying that's happening ok. cheers
