I am using CUCM 10.5.2 I am having an issue where a user pushes the button for voice mail but it just rings with out an answer. The voicemail pilot is DN 1008. All the info looks correct. What are some trouble shooting steps I can take?

Thank you for your reply. Yes, I have configured the router as MGCP and It shows registered in Call manager. Is there any way you could give an example of a route partition and dial plan. Thank you for your help I am learning as I go.
