When we are configuring user account in Cisco Callmanager, We can see an option "Manager UserID". What is the exact purpose of this field ?

Hi Rnadal,Yes, But they put 8006 in user configuration page(callmanager)=> telephone number field. Not in AD because they doesn't synchonize AD with DC directory.Ajith K

Hi AllIt was a confusion made by customer. Actually they can see different user name like X,Y not B and C. What happend that Ext.8006 is added user configuration page of X and Y ( Simply put 8006 in tele phone number field ) Tht was they could see X ...
